Women's Running Group Workout for August 18

We should shuttle a couple of cars to the mine pullout on Henderson, meeting there at about 5:45pm.  We'll use these cars to pick people up AFTER running down the Chute and trail to Henderson.

Warmup from Ann's parking lot to 9-mile post with drills and pickups.

Main body of workout:

From 9-mile post to Ullrhavn (12.4 mi) going 6 minutes hard, 2 minutes easy on Equinox Trail; then down Chute to Henderson doing pickups on technical sections

a few pickups following main workout, then easy cooldown
