Meet at Y near half-marathon sigh at 6:00PM - Be warmed up a little by 6:00PM

Warmup on trail and road with drills and pickups.

Main body of workout:

Run back to Ullrhavn, then run natural intervals on the Out-And-Back (i.e. hard on the uphills, easy on the flats & downhills) all the way back to Ullrhavn, then back to the cars

a few pickups following main workout, then easy cooldown
